INVIAJURIS LEGAL BUREAU LLC ("IVJ") was formed to promote interests of foreign investors in the Russian national markets and provide comprehensive legal support for their business activities in the Russian Federation, as well as to procure full-scale legal service for domestic businesses and secure prompt accessibility thereof to the wide range of financial, investment and legal services of IVJ's Russian and foreign partners.
IVJ's formation pursued the purpose of amalgamating experience and expertise of a group of privately practicing lawyers (please refer to "Our Lawyers" page) to further expand scope and foster efficiency of professional legal services by adding value and benefit of team commitment, joined multiparty effort and shared resources.

IVJ's legal services are consumed, primarily, by corporate customers doing business in the areas of industrial production, natural resources extraction and processing, domestic and international commerce, foreign economic relations, international and domestic investment and financial services (including corporate and project finance), equity and capital market services.
Building upon its lawyers' professional capacity IVJ delivers legal advice under continental (Russian and European) and common (Anglo-American) law and is prepared to provide its clients with multi-language legal support. |
